The 2024 Idea Book of Home and Design (pages 48-49) featured JKA’s work on the House on Butterworth. The home’s layout and rooms were carefully crafted following the principles of Vastu Shastra, fostering a sense of well-being and balance.
For the second year in a row, JKA was included in Expertise’s List of Best Architects in Washington, DC, and was ranked among the top 20.
The Juliet project, in partnership with P.T. Blooms Development, was recognized with a 2023 Chrysalis National Award for Remodeling Excellence in the residential exterior category. The Juliet is a beautiful and timeless restoration of a storied historic structure integrating the multi-family residential building into the tree-lined block.
